Rather, I am representing myself in this legal matter. No attorney-client relationship or privilege is created with Step Forward. If, prior to my access of any Step Forward products and or services, I believe that Step Forward gave me any legal advice, opinion or recommendation about my legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms or strategies, I will not proceed with the use, and any relationship with Step Forward will be null and void. Step Forward exists solely within the State of OH. I agree that regardless of where I reside or where my browser is physically located, my viewing and use of Step Forward occurs solely within the State of OH, and that all content and services shall be deemed to be served from, and performed wholly within, OH, as if I had physically traveled there to obtain such service. I agree that OH law shall govern any disputes arising from my use of this website, and that the courts of the State of OH, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. I understand that Step Forward's review of my answers is limited to completeness, spelling and grammar, and for internal consistency of names, addresses and the like. My access grants me a limited license to Step Forward's software to create my Mortgage Assistance Package. Abandoned orders will result in cancellation and not be considered as non-performance on behalf of Step Forward as commitment to service this order. In exchange for full acceptance of the terms of service for the product designated as software to create my Assistance Package, Step Forward grants the customer a limited right to access the software provided. This product is limited to the use of the head of household, their property management company and/or loan servicer only, and sharing will be cause for an immediate termination. This access right will be in place for up to 180 days following the day the customer accesses any Step Forward products and or services. If the access period lapses without completion of the product applications, Step Forward has no further obligation to the customer, including but not limited to providing access to the product. This section is subject to all other provisions of the terms and conditions, including but not limited to the “WARRANTY" section of the Step Forward Terms of Use.
